MISSION
The mission of North Concha Cruz Circle Homeowners Association, Inc. is three-fold:
1. To represent the best interest of all the member homeowners jointly as a community of equals;
2. To provide for the security of all homeowners within the North Concha Cruz Circle enclave;
3. To create the proper environment for a community to share and build camaraderie and fellowship through different social programs.
